Step 1 - Click on "Products” under the SHOP label, and then click "ADD NEW PRODUCT”.
Step 2 - Fill in your product details on the Initial Setup page.
Product Identifier: Your product name.
Product Type: Select "Physical”.
Product Brand: Your product brand. Leave blank if not related.
Product Categories: Enter your product category and select the category from the drop down.
Tax Category: Select "None”
Minimum Selling Price [RM]: Enter the minimum selling price for the product.
Status: Select "Active”.
Product Name: Your product name.
Description: Your product description.
Click "Save And Next” to move on the next step for your product setup.
Step 3 - Fill in your product details on the Attribute & Specifications.
Model: : Enter the product’s model name or number.
Product Warranty: Warranty of the product.
Specification Label Text: Leave blank if not related.
Specification Value: Leave blank if not related.
Specification Group: Leave blank if not related.
Click "Save And Next” to move on the next step for your product setup.
Step 4 - Fill in your product details on the Options & Tags.
Add Associated Product Option Groups: Add any relevant option for your product (ie. color and size).
Product Tags: Add any relevant tag(s) for your product.
Click "Save And Next” to move on the next step for your product setup.
Step 5 - Fill in your product details on the Shipping Information.
Country the Product is Being Shipped From: Type Malaysia and select "Malaysia” from drop down.
Click "Save And Next” to move on the next step for your product setup.
Step 6 - Fill in your product details on the Media page.
Image File Type: Assigned product image to their appropriate product type (ie. color. Select "For All Options” if you only have one image.
Language: Select "All Languages”
Photo(s): Upload your product photo(s).
Click "Finish”.
Step 7 - Add product to your inventory.
Click on the "Products” menu on the left sidebar. Then, click the "+” symbol.
Step 8 - Next, Fill in your product details on the Inventory Setup page. Then, click "Save Changes”.
Title: Your product name.
URL Keyword: Your product name.
System Should Track Product Inventory: Tick this option if you wish to receive notifications when stock levels reach the minimum quantity you have set.
Quantity At Which Stock Level Alerts Are Sent: Set minimum stock quantity for the system to send notification.
Minimum Purchase Quantity: To set minimum quantity for buyer have to purchase
Publish: Select "Yes” on the drop down.
Date Available from: Select date for your product availability.
Product Condition: Select appropriate conditions for your product.
Available for Cash on Delivery (COD): Select "No” from the drop down. We are using our Payment Gateway partner for all transactions in iLike.
Cost Price: Set your cost price.
Selling Price: Set your selling price. If you set below your cost price, the system will automatically show a discount percentage on the front-end.
Available Quantity: Your product quantity.
sku (Stock Keeping Unit): Your product SKU if any.
Additional Comments For The Buyer: Your additional comment for this particular product if any.
Click "Save Changes” and you are done.
